How do I take Nova Carbon 60 Powder?

 Nova Carbon 60 comes with a micro spoon. You put the Carbon 60 on your tongue with the spoon and wash it down with water mixed with plain seltzer (half and half). 

You can take it with just water but many find that the unflavored seltzer mixed in the water helps move it off the tongue and enhances the benefits they receive.  

You can take it anytime!

We recommend taking it in the morning to start your day with more energy, mental clarity, and enhanced immune function.  Many take a second dose in the middle of the day to maintain feeling great and avoid midafternoon yawns.

Some take it at night to help their body heal while they sleep. 

 We advise against taking it with coffee as coffee is known to inhibit the absorption of many nutrients and therefore could possibly decrease the effectiveness of the C60 as well.  We recommend waiting an hour before or after drinking coffee.  

 You can take it with or without food. However, many customers find that when taken away from food with water and seltzer they experience the benefits more quickly.  

A level spoonful of the red spoon included with your purchase is approximately 15 mg.  

Based on a level spoonful of the red spoon included with your order there would be approximately 65 spoonful's per gram.   

 Most of our customers take between 2-5 red spoonful’s, 1-2 times a day.
